Hybrid Training
Monday through Saturday, our full-body hybrid training class is an energizing, dynamic workout designed to engage every major muscle group for overall strength, balance, and endurance. In this class, you'll work through a carefully curated sequence of compound movements and resistance exercises that not only build lean muscle but also boost your metabolic rate and functional fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our expert instructors tailor modifications to suit your level.

HYROX / DEKA Training
Our HYROX / DEKA Training classes are performance-driven sessions built to improve your engine, strength under fatigue, and efficiency through the exact movement patterns you’ll see on race day. You’ll rotate through running-based conditioning and functional stations like sled pushes/pulls, rowing, lunges, carries, burpees, and more—while coaches dial in pacing, transitions, and technique. Whether you’re training for your first event or chasing a PR, we scale intensity and load to meet you where you are and help you level up fast.

Recovery Yoga
Recovery Yoga is your reset button—designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay consistent in training. Expect a guided flow focused on mobility, breathwork, and deep stretching that targets the areas most athletes tighten up: hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and ankles. This class supports soreness relief, improves range of motion, and helps calm the nervous system so you leave feeling lighter, looser, and ready for what’s next—no experience required.

Run Club
Our Run Club is built for every pace and every goal—from your first consistent miles to sharpening speed for race day. Each session blends smart warm-ups, form cues, and coached run sets (intervals, tempo efforts, or endurance runs) designed to build stamina, efficiency, and confidence. You’ll get community energy, accountability, and scalable options so you can push safely—whether you’re training for a 5K, HYROX, DEKA, or just want to feel better on your feet.
